Who we are

waterice.ai is a free directory of water ice and Italian ice stands in New Jersey, operated by Prime Directive AI Ltd (UK).

What we collect

• Business information (names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, ratings, photos) sourced from Google Places and public listings. This is information about businesses, not site visitors.
• Menu data (sizes, prices, flavors) read from public menu photos, gathered via phone calls, or submitted by visitors.
• Your location is used only if you tap "Near me." It is read in your browser to sort stands by distance and is never sent to us or stored.
• We do not require accounts and do not sell personal data.

Analytics

If and when we enable analytics, it will be privacy-first and gated behind a consent banner. This notice will be updated before any analytics go live.

Photos & attribution

Venue photos are sourced from Google Maps and attributed to their photographers where shown. Owners who want a photo or listing removed can contact us.
